Local and international food
Want to serve local specialities? Think German sausage, Bavarian roast pork, and Obazda with pretzels. For international guests, pork is usually avoided — so the menu leans on vegetables, vegetarian and vegan dishes, beef, poultry and fish.
And if your event brings together guests from a single country — India or China, for example — a purely Indian or Chinese menu is no problem at all.
