How do your guests get from A to B? At trade fairs this comes up all the time — from the fair to a restaurant or hotel, and back again. Most events use a shuttle service that runs between the fair, the venue and the hotel.
Transport and transfer
I can arrange large and small buses, each running several times as needed. In summer, an open-top bus is a lovely option.
A tip: book musicians or a band who play on the bus along the way — it turns the transfer into part of the event. Other alternatives include horse-drawn carriages or hired bicycles. Call me any time.
